David Beckham - Impossible is Nothing

My portrait drawing of David Beckham. I started this at the end of May and had to halt it midway due to a hectic phase in military service. I got really tired of drawing too and took a little break. I'm glad I continued this about 2 weeks ago, and so here it is! 

Materials: 6H - 8B, cotton buds, kneaded eraser, ruler, 0.3mm-0.5mm mechanical pencils, 0.1 and 0.3mm black pens and tissue/tortillon

This is intended to be the first of my male series. I haven't drawn males for quite a while, and I found it quite a challenge to draw the hair this time. I had some difficulty getting the shade right because of the printed reference was a tad dark. I was unable to draw thin strands of hair too because my 8B is fairly blunt and to draw thin strands would mean a lighter shade (with my mechanical pencil). I am fairly neutral to the end result though, I feel it's representative of my drawing ability.
